Thank you for purchasing the wonderful Outer Wilds Scout Launcher!

Here you find some advice on how to assemble the scout. The following picture show the terms being used to identify the various pieces of the model:

PLEASE NOTE: Make sure to follow the steps in the right order as indicated in this guide. If you do not follow the sequence it might be possible the scout launcher will not be assembled properly.

Tools recommended

• Tweezers
• Cutter
• Pliers
• Pincer
• Small scissor
• Ruler
• Needle
  • Use needle when necessary to widen the holes where the wires will be put in

Body

• [ ] Cut 3 wires with 5 cm size (1.9 inches)

  

• [ ] Glue the 3 wires within the core body holes

  

• [ ] Pass the wires through the torus and glue the 3 wires within the lamp holes

  

• [ ] Use the long hexagonal support to connect the lamp, tray, torus and core body together

  • WARNING: When connecting all the pieces together, NEVER make pressure to the lamp grid as it is it not strong enough to handle such pressure, try to push the lamp (the yellow part) towards the torus as illustrated in the picture

  • NOTE: As showed in the picture the torus has a handle that can be used as a reference to determine where the wiring should be passed through.
